Excercise Room
New for the 2010 season, Paramount is offering members a lavishly equipped fitness center. Members can find a variety of equipment for every workout level, including treadmills, elliptical trainers, recumbent and upright bikes, free-weight equipment, and a variety of strength equipment. Experienced personal trainers are available upon request for private instruction.
